Menu Design Brief

We are a success education company called Polaris Global. We are designing a USB application for a personal development program that will be cross platform (PC/Mac). The product is called Beyond Freedom, Evolution University (These logos are already created). The program will open pdf books in a Flash reader, play audio and video files in the default media player, and open windows for recording entries in a journal and for setting goals.
We need a graphic design for a small control panel (300px X 300px) to launch the different modules of the program.

We are looking for a design that is clean and professional.
A sample is included of everything that needs to be on the form. A sample menu is also included. We are looking for other designs for the form and menu.

Requirements

Must have

• The panel will have: a menu, two toolbars, and two status panels.
  ItemDetails:
  A menu will have items for "Welcome, Profile, and Kudos."
  One tool bar will have items for "Guidebooks (w/9 item popup menu), Audios (w/9 item popup menu), Videos (w/9 item popup menu), Journal (w/2 item popup menu), and Goals."
  A second tool bar will have items for "Blog, Community, Events, Sovereignty, Foundation, and Influence."
  The tool bars should have icons and text.
  There should be two status panel, one for Audio and one for Video.
  The status panels should show the name of the audio or video that is opened, have check boxes for: Add to favorites, Come back, and Done, and have links for: Audios, Top Posts, Post, and Tips.
