Packaging Design Brief

What we want:
We require professional packaging design for our jerky range.

About us and why we're here:
We're a husband and wife team from a small town who has been supplying artesian dried meats to local pubs/bars in outback Australia. Through word of mouth our volume has been growing steadily these few years. We seek someone who can assist provide a packaging range that best represents what great products my wife and I have been producing. And ultimately, a packaging that this product deserves. We have attached pictures of bar/pubs to give an idea of where our product is typically placed.

Target market:
Our customers are patrons of country motels / pubs and convenience stores. Our jerky goes particularly well with a cold beer.

Requirements

Must have

• Specifics:
• Business Name: Bushtucker Meats. Artisan Style.
• Product: Beef Chunks (we have 4 different flavours original, spicy, honey, pepper. The design should be easily changeable to accomodate different flavours)
• Description: Made from 100% Australian Beef
• Typography: We have attached some fonts for inspiration (e.g., wild turkey, other alcohol brands)
• Packet Size: 110mm (w) x 170mm (l)
• We also require the back of the packaging designed as well. That information will be provided to the winning designer chosen.

Nice to have

• Design Concept:
• The design should tell a story which features an outback or bush setting. We have provided a few examples for inspiration (e.g., jackaroo walking with working dog, on a horse, swagman camping) or come up with your own. We will decide the final design based on the story that we can most related to.

Should not have

• We do not want any photo images on this design, illustrations and text only.
