Logo Design Brief

Hello, design crowd I'm looking for a minimalist logo design that will appeal to teachers and business. I don't have any real logo specifications color wise but I would like the logo to be soft on the eyes and aesthetically pleasing. I'd like to give a lot of space for you to express your creativity as well as marketing ability. Therefore I have compiled a list of words that describe what I feel when I think about the business I want to create. The only real contingent is I would like "The essence of progress included in the logo and (most likely) include the hyphen.
