Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my medical clinic's website, letter heads and stationary. It needs to portray that patients will receive excellent patient-centred medical care from a trust worthy doctor and a great dedicated team at our private clinic. We provide standard medical care and testing of the gut but also emphasise that heatlhy eating has a role to play, the logo should hint at this fact.

Target Market(s)

People with digestive problems who have private medical insurance or pay for their own care, they may have new symptoms or be seeking a second opinion having had a diagnosis of IBS or colitis or GERD in the past. Also, patients who are interested in seeing a senior doctor who is fully trained in standard care but also provides dietary advice and works with a dietician in the treatment of their condition.

Must have

• Devon Gut Clinic easy to read. A medical flavour. A hint of healthy diet. A logo that loosely references the shape of the stomach or GI Tract

Nice to have

• Can appear in greyscale or colour. It will need to fit on our website and letter heads. An apple or leaf motif would be good.
• Using the Devon flag colours (but not the flag itself) would be nice.

Should not have

• Cartoons or humour. Avoid red and yellow.
