Postcard Design Brief

I own a remodeling company as well as a real estate business. I'd like each side of the card to be dedicated that that one business. I would love to see designs that are creative and with out to much visual overload. Less might be more. For the remodeling side, I was thinking about the possibility that ONE OF THE CONCEPTS could have the image centered at the bottom of the card allowing the remaining three sides to have the rest of the text.... just a thought.
