Print Design Brief

I'm interested in seeing if I can give my charity's annual appeal a fresh look and feel. I have written the letter though edits might be needed. We're really looking for 'pop'. Edits to the letter will need to happen before our final design. My budget for design is about $250.00 but I may be able to negotiate for the right design.
