Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for our craft beer/cider/wine bottle shop. We are in a high tourist area so 90% of customers will be tourists. We want our logo to stand out from the crowd and really pop and appeal to all age groups as well as be cool enough for the craft scene followers to want to wear our branded clothing. As this logo will be used for branding all products including our signage, flagons, bottle labels, hats, clothing, packaging, business cards etc we need it to be suitable for all uses. We have attached some business logos that we like to give an idea of what we are looking for. We would like bottle/silhouettes somehow incorporated into it to make it obvious that we are a bottle shop and possibly a map of Tasmania as all products sold will be Tasmanian. Hops, grape vines and apples would work too.
