Logo Design Brief

I need a new logo designed for a rebranded company "Launch My Team". I am committed to helping Solo Entrepreneurs navigate the uncertainty when it comes to recruiting their first team member and beyond. From everything from being in the right head space to running a structured and systemised environment. I would like the colour pallet to be a 'peacock' colour theme - see attached the mood board for inspiration - I like striking and strong (not soft and pastel) The design should represent a heroin, feeling of safety, in safe hands, no problem to big, Insightfulness, wisdom, dynamism, positivity, improving and most of all FUN and personality. See attached the brand archetypes, and branding brief and branding course documentation that will give your a thorough look into what I'm after.

Target Market(s)

Female business owners, running a business solo, having great success and wanting/needing to expand. She’s in her 30’s or 40’s. Is most likely in a relationship but not definitely. Loves a wine, loves her girlfriends. She’s busy, stressed, doing it all, has a million balls in the air and doesn’t know what to prioiritse to get out of this situation.

She’s passionate about her business, but at the moment she feels like it could be sucking the life out of her.

• I like the celtic image attached - it's not that - but something like that with meaning from my brief would be amazing!
• If you dont have the Font Chamelia Script, please use something similar
