Logo Design Brief

Scribble Property is a new property investment company focused on the United States residential housing market.

We need a logo that's a house. I want it to be created out of a scribble or doodle. It needs to be fun, simple, elegant, whimsical, scalable, and able to be used in color or monochrome.

In other words, I just want a series of lines that could have been doodled in a pub on the back of a coaster. Is does not need to have the name of the company on it, but if you have a stunning idea that incorporates the name, I want to see it.

It will be used everywhere a company would use a logo...on our website, letterhead, business cards... everywhere.

Nice to have

• In the back of my head, I have an idea that there's a pencil or pen in the logo, as though it's just been used to draw the scribble house.
• HOWEVER, don't feel constrained by that. I want YOUR imagination, not mine so use the idea or not as you choose.

Should not have

• DO NOT USE CLIP ART with some words.
• DO not try to build a logo out of "SP". I want a house!
