Does it have to be wordpress?
Do you mind Joomla or Magento?

I prefer wordpress as then easiler to make changes and update in the future.
I dont know a lot about joomla and magento. If they are similar and easy for me to update and learn how to make changes then I would be open to it.
I notice you are from Australia. I am keen for it to be an Aussie making the site, and so far I only have 2 submissions both from India...

Yes I am in Melbourne.
And yes Magento and Joomla are as easy to use as Wordpress. I find them both easier. I'm not a fan of Wordpress. Personal preference.

Designers in India can do your job much cheaper than I can. But I am probably better and you will get a better end result... hehe.

Thank you for invitation. We have submitted our mockups. I just noticed that you are looking complete ecommerce site with retail and wholesale sections. The price you offer for complete website is really low. In your given price you can only get webpages design with no coding. I am sure other designers will be agree with me.
I agree with Shoshana you don't get quality work in given price.
