Logo Design Brief

We need a new logo design for our company called "BIMaire" located in Denver, Colorado. We service the national production home building companies with 3D visualizations, interactive sales center applications, VR walk-throughs, and architectural drafting services. We would like an eye catching and modern looking logo that uses a simple 1-3 color palate. The logo needs to translate well to black and white (or have a black and white variant).

• Modern graphic logo that can be with or without the company name (in text).

Nice to have

• It would be nice to incorporate a house or elements of a house into the logo, but it is not a requirement. 3D elements are a plus. A big part of our company is 3D design.

Should not have

• Should not have lots of different colors in the logo. 1-3 colors at most.
