Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company based in Switzerland called "Crypt Swiss". We provide a new way for investing in crypto currencies mining by providing a reliable platform on which users can buy hosted mining server racks in a transparent manner. What differentiates us from our competitors is our transparency and the fact that we sell full hosted rigs, not resource allocation.
Regarding colours for the logo we think at red as the Swiss flag and perhaps black.
The final design should communicate stability and trust.
As for the logo text, fell free: CryptSwiss, Crypt Swiss, etc....
