Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a company restructuring. We have been in business for 25 years under the name Professional Collection Sites, but are changing/adding the name to Professional Compliance Services. I would like for the logo to incorporate the acronym PCS to keep cohesion with both our former and current name. If possible please design a logo that includes "Professional Compliance Services" but can be cropped to only show PCS.

Additionally, we would like the logo to incorporate orange (HEX:FF7300 RGB:255,124,25) if possible, but we have room to explore since our web design hasn't started.

Our industry is Drug and Alcohol testing and compliance. Most of our clients are required by the US government to test their employees for illegal drugs. The final design should communicate we are competent and professional in making sure our clients do not get fined for noncompliance.
