We need two graphics to represent our Recognition Program that are aligned - one for our peer to peer recognition awards and one for the quarterly awards.
1. Firstly the peer to peer recognition award – this is named “Shout Out” and the logo will be printed on labels and attached to a gift for employees whenever a colleague wants to recognise them e.g., tied around a bottle of wine etc. It could just say Shout Out or A Shout Out for you or something like that.
2. The quarterly award is a bigger deal – two $1000 awards will be given each quarter – this is named “Stand Out”. This one needs to be more of an ‘award’ style logo that says “GBST Quarterly Stand Out Award” and is likely to be used on a certificate.
Not too boring and corporate but not too silly either please - It would also be good if there was some alignment between the two as they are part of the same GBST overall recognition program. Please let me know if you need any other information.
Thanks,
Bec
