Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a boutique management consulting firm based in Santiago, Chile, called Knowledge Works. We provide management consulting services to private and public sector clients, mainly related to Knowledge Management, Risk Management and Process Management. We would like to see designs with little color (perhaps a small color detail). The design should communicate simplicity, transparency, trust, competency, and sophistication.
