Logo Design Brief

we presently have a Shark logo (www.sharktanks.ca) and wish to design a Whale logo for a new market launch using the same concept. using lettering to form the killer whale image.
1. the logo will be displayed on black background in aspect of 1tall:2 long.
this has to be with all lettering connected continously so it can be laser cut from a 4x8' sheet
2. Used for letterhead on a white background. I think black and white like a Orca whale image.
3. image for use on a new webpage
