Postcard Design Brief

I need to have a postcard and matching flyer design. The postcard needs to be 5" X 7" in size, double-sided, and in full-color. We will not be mailing these postcards so both sides need to be used. The flyer needs to be 8.5" X 11", single-sided, full-color and match the postcard design. These marketing pieces will be used to promote out storage units. I have attached an example of last month's postcard. Please include all of copy it has on it, the only difference will be the new design needs to be focused on the November and December months so a holiday or winter theme may be used.
