I don't understand nothing. Can you darw something with you hand, scan and atach. It will help a lot.

I'm a little confused. What do you actually mean by kudoing or kudos?
I searched the web and found kudo could be a japanese martial art, or glory, or award. On the other hand, kudos means granola bar, or a film in industry. I didn't find any verve named kudoing.
Would you please explain?

Sorry about the confusion.

"Giving kudos" means to praise someone for doing something good. Here we wed using the word as a verb in a tongue-in-cheek fashion. So the idea to be conveyed would be positivity, giving thanks, praising other people, recognize good deeds, etc.

Text with the word Kudoing and tag line "Kudo it forward" is a must. Some graphic elements (say, where the dot above i is) would be nice as well…

PSD preferred. Plus file in .gif or something that can be used in Microsoft Office documents (e.g., Power Point and Word)

I am not much of an artist, but basically, the main word is Kudoing, the secondary tag line is "Kudo it forward". The rest is really open for interpretation...
