Logo Design Brief

I need some work done to a existing logo I have for my new company I have started in New Zealand. Files of the existing logo have been uploaded for you to view.

- The main thing I need is some variations on the fern part of the logo (the red coloured part of the design).
- There is a lot of out of line with the oval cut out areas.
- The bottom parts of the ovals stager up and down rather than following the imaginary curved line as they progressively go from large to small from top to bottom.
- I want to see variations of the spacing's of the oval cut out areas from the bigger/larger end to the smaller end. For example : going from narrow spacings from one end to gradually widening the spacings from one end to the other.
- Try the spacings variations of the oval areas from both bigger from one end to smaller to the other and another design the opposite way around.
- Try a design where the spacings go from large narrowing down to smaller through the middle then back to larger again to the opposite end.
- A bit more symmetry throughout the red logo design

- I would also like to see some variations in the design of the 'W', its not my main focus but it would be nice to see some unique designs. As for the rest of the fonts I am pretty happy with it.

Overall the logo I have I do like but it needs work. Hopefully the description will give you an idea on making a start on it anyway =)
