Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a new Japanese bowl (kind of like poke bowl) restaurant in Miami, Florida. I want a logo that combines a Japanese word 和 and my family symbol as a symbolic sign of my restaurant. I specifically request to replace the little square on the right side of the Japanese letter (和←this!)with the circular family symbol (black and gold) that is attached in the file.
