Logo Design Brief

I need a logo designed for an online academy called 'Northbound Academy' (though I'd be OK if the logo says 'The Northbound Academy' if need be).

It's an online songwriting academy that trains people from 'knowing how to play an instrument' into 'monetised songwriting tutors'. The logo should reflect 'creativity', 'fun' and 'freedom' rather than trying to look expensive or classy.

Requirements

Nice to have

• I love the font 'Playlist Script' for the word 'Northbound', so I'd be OK with that being used for that word, if you don't find anything better.
• As far as colour schemes, we are currently liking cement (#bdc3c7), gray and white. But, open for suggestions!

Should not have

• I don't want the logo to contain anything 'cheesy' regarding music, such as musical notes or treble clefs.
