Logo Design Brief

Kids Club Logo design for a Kids Club in a Resort located in the Pacific of the state of Oaxaca in Mexico. This kids club is a fun and fun learning center for kids from 2 - 14 years old. We want them to interact with nature, the beach, jungle, animals and also learn with books, internet, documentaries, etc. The logo needs to fresh but with the idea that a kid designed the logotype. We want to keep the elements of the image, but with a nice design. The Identity manual with applications of the logo in black and white, gray scale and color is mandatory as a deliverable. Must have the text in color, the palmtree, without the yellow color and without the sand. Extend letter of full ownership rights to Vivo Resorts. Please replicate the logotype in the attached image and have fun designing.
