Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for our new dental practice. We want a tooth that's classy, elegant and at the same time catchy to the eye. As far as colors, we were thinking of a combination of white and silver. A type of outline of a tooth molar with the root as an implant. This is what we have in mind, but are open to other ideas. Something that could also be used on a business card and stationary later. For the title of practice "Dental Med Institute" maybe Dental Med big and Institute in smaller font or use 'Yaber Dental Partners' as title.
