Web Design Brief

We are opening a new subsidiary that focuses on lending money in the real estate industry. We need a web site designed to represent the business.

The business is lending money to real estate investors. A typical client/borrower will be looking to borrow money to buy a house, renovate it and then sell it at a profit, all within 12 months or less.

Company name is CCM Finance. Our logo is attached.

Attached is a general outline for the web site. We're working on writing more text for each page but this should give you enough to get started with some ideas.

Competitor web site that I like a lot (as an example): https://limaonecapital.com/. Many of the general items on this site match what we will need (description of loan programs, FAQ)

Requirements

Must have

• Minimalist design. Clean lines without too much clutter. Some stock photography is ok but the photos should not be distracting. They should almost fade in to the background so that user can focus on the key information about what our company does instead. We are a finance company, not a design company, so the information about our products will be more interesting to site visitors than the art.

Nice to have

• If you search in google for "hard money lenders" you will find many examples of web sites from our competition. I have provided a link above to competitor web site that I like a lot.
• I have attached our logo in EPS format. Logo is green. Web site doesn't have to be green but it should be of a color that will work well with the logo.
