Flyer Design Brief
We are a Design/Build Landscape Company. We need a half fold flyer (8.5" x 11" folded in half, making a 5.5" x 8.5" flyer) for marketing our services. We will hand these out to customers when meeting them, as well as at builder's shows, etc. We want to focus on the following services: Outdoor Living Areas (including patios, walls, kitchen areas, pergolas, firepit/places) Landscaping, Water Features, & 3D Designing. Visit our website to get more of a feel of what we do www.weaverslandscapecompany.com While we are a full service landscape/hardscape contractor, we want this flyer to focus on the above mentioned services, as we have limited space on the size of flyer we want to do. The colors on the website do not have to be used on the flyer. We are marketing to high-end residential customers, design should be appealing to them. However, we are a down to earth company, putting alot of effort into customer service. Design should reflect that as well. Maybe include some testimonials with pictures? Also want flyer to drive people to website.

Don't want the wording about meeting, etc. More pictures. Also, don't want to use the testimonial about the 'small project around deck' choose another one, or part of another on. and put the testimonial 'in' the picture, without the name, so it gives the appearance that they are talking about that picture.

Also, I would like a background of something, not a picture, maybe a rich texture or something like that.

How about having the outside (front and back) have a background of Rich Leather with realistic looking texture, Maybe making the logo appear to be embossed in upper front. Would probably need to use some pics in front and back, as space is limited. However, I like the idea of creating the look of a rich dark leather portfolio book on the outside, and a scrapbook look inside with pics, testimonials, offerings taped, pasted, pinned, and/or papercliped onto page. Maybe make (some) pictures look like they were torn out of magazines? I'm posting a picture of the Presentation Folder we use when giving proposals for projects. take note of the embossed logo
