does the logo at the top right corner has to be there or can it be removed or placed somewhere else?

It can be moved to somewhere but it must be shown on the letterhead. Cheers.

Dear Sir, I well do my best for this project but In your Attached file The logo resulted is not good and pixel are shown when zoom. So please send me your Logo design original format. if you don't have so i well make your logo Then edit a letterhead design. but i don't understand the logo text please send me the logo text....... Dear sir, The are the Japanese characters in the logo compulsory?

I have just been wondering if Australian letters are exactly the same size as the British ones ie 210 x 297 mm? I know that American ones are different so just would like to make sure : ) Could you also clarify what those two boxes/rectangles at the bottom are. Can they be removed or positioned somewhere else?

@ Tanya We use standard A4 paper for letters. You can do whatever you want with those boxes.

@ Janitha Yes, they are compulsory.

@ Khalil The logos in the pdf files are vector objects.
