Logo Design Brief

We're looking for a logo for a kids' novice (ages 7-8) hockey team. We're thinking of a strong head and shoulders (e.g. bear, gorilla, Marvel's "Thing") with a crushing fist or fists coming together; one or both fists could be holding or breaking a hockey stick. The design should incorporate the team name, "Kanata Ice Crushers". The logo is primarily intended to be printed on orange hockey jerseys. To reduce printing costs, the design should use only one or two colours.
