Landing Page Design Brief

I am having a website designed the landing page will be HTML 5/swish and I'm looking for graphics that will be made as these lives on the landing page. If you go to www.OPSOURCE.net you will see the size of the graphics I will need. I believe it is about 240 x 9 60 pixel.

PLEASE NOTE 4 SLIDES EACH SLIDE WILL AVE A DIFFERENT PUZZLE TYPE PICTURE AND DIFFERENT TEXT, I JUST NEED ONE SUBMITTED TO CHOOSE AND WE WILL FINISH THE PROJECT.

For the purposes of choosing a designer I will all need require one slide to be submitted, based off the best design you can finish the rest of the project. I will upload the color schemes primary background colors will be white and light gray the page tabs will be the blue-green color included and one of the colors will be lime green.

I HAE UPLOADED MY COLOR PALETTE and some sample pictures. What I envision is something similar to the following puzzle pieces however I would like the puzzle pieces to be images of the tax returns I do not want it to be fully black and white I like the colors of the puzzle pieces that are falling.. The initial statement on the landing page will be WITHIN THE GRPAHIC WILL BE
