Logo Design Brief

We are starting a new fund for holding real estate particularly luxury apartments. It will be used on letterhead, website and general correspondence. Nearly all of the business will be done amongst business professionals and not in a public venue. Will need to be able to reprint easy onto letterhead and should use one one or two colors. Preferably darker colors. the logo for the parent company (JLB Partners-ATTACHED) is a dark shade of royal blue. Will also need something that we can easily display in our entry lobby as clients, partners, lenders will be seeing this upon entry to our space.

• Would like to have the word "Longbrook" prominent. "Capital" can be less prominent and "Partners" can be left out if desired. If using initials, use LB, LBC or LC. We are thinking of "brook" as in a small stream or creek.
• Would like it to look different than our existing logo so we can fully differentiate between the two.
