Web Design Brief

We already have completed the logo, the files attached are attached on this brief. Using the attached logo, please submit your designs for the Website.

2 updates for the sites to help clarify the requirements:

a) “Our Services will require a separate landing page each and some will require the ability to book an appointment on-line.”
- the end goal is to have the appointments link to my calendar.

b) "Services x 5 – Exemplar Office / Recruitment / Business Consulting Services / Virtual CFO / Online Skills Tests
- ability to book an initial consultation via an app such as Calendly which links to my calendar

- no payments will take place online, but we will capture the visitors details via a form... similar to the newsletter sign-up

- the skill test will have a link that will direct the user to an external testing site
- no payments will take place on the site

We have our own website hosting plan, so it will need to be moved across.

Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) is important to us - so you will need some knowledge on this - but we will provide you with material.

When the website is finalised, we will need access to make minor text changes internally. This is not a regular occurence. We rarely make changes.

Definitely need logos at the bottom for Linkedin, Twitter, Pinterest, Facebook, Google Plus and others.

Our website will need a corporate look and feel and we prefer to utilise various shades of blue through-out the site. It does not need to be a replica of our other 3 sites, but it should show that it is part of the group.

At the bottom of the page we should show links to our other 3 companies with the heading... Part of the following x3 affiliated companies:

Logos will be provided if required.

Our business cards have also been uploaded for reference, but this is not necessarily the final - if you come up with a different design.

Special Note:
There is the possibility for further work - for a facelift change for one of our older sites. It currently is old and just needs a re-fresh to a simple design. It currently uses PHP, ASP and microsoft SQL. This could be the same lay-out as the Exemplar Business Advisors site - just different pictures and text.

• This is our old company, the website colours do not fit with the Exemplarpa.com.au colours and are too vibrant... too colourful. It should be more blue and corporate. Most of all, it should look like it is part of the Group. It can have colour, but should not be overwhelmingly different.
