Logo Design Brief

We would like a simple logo with words ''Venetian Paster NZ'' in a playball font (available in google documents). Underneath the logo we would like a curved line underlining the words ''Venetian Plaster NZ'' running from right to left with a small trowel finishing the line on the left hand side. The trowel should be a computer generated image in grey with a wood coloured handle representing the trowel provided in the attached photo. We would like the logo to be available in black and also in white.
