Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a new catering company here in Central California. I not only prepare fabulous fresh food, but provide assistant planning and staffing events. I want something bold and fun, not too bright and belligerent. Energetic but subtle, I would like to see designs that intertwine a fork and knife. The logo should wear well on white or a dark grey background.
