Logo Design Brief

A logo is required for this 5yr old Business to enable a complete overhaul of the visual recognition and branding of the business. Business cards, Website banners, all the visual promotion starts with a stand out logo.The logo would need to be embroidery friendly as colour shading with thread is not as visually effective as it is with printed materials. Looking for a logo that attracts corporate style clients as apposed to attracting work your nanna could be doing at home in her spare time. As our business is about replicating-representing our clients logos/corporate branding/identities, we are looking for a logo that instills confidence in our ability to do just this.

Requirements

Must have

• The business name.
• Instant awareness of embroidery being what we do.

Nice to have

• Something that implies stitching/sewing that isn't just a needle and thread bobbin with the business name underneath.
• But doesn't mean that there cant be a needle or thread. Incorporated into the logo more than being the logo maybe??

Should not have

• Prefer no colour shading/gradients. Hard to do it justice with thread.
• I have attached a picture of one of my competitors. Really don't want the logo to look like theirs.
