Logo Design Brief

I would like a color graphic that can be used on a small sign 1meter high and 1 meter tall (approximately) but could also be put in smaller items such as a t-shirt.

I want it to prominently feature the words "we the people" in a font that is similar in
appearance to the US constitution, but perhaps simplified a bit so that it is easier to read.

I also want the design to feature a rainbow and gender-less faces of people of many ethnicities.

I want the overall feeling of the graphic to be light and cheerful.
