Logo Design Brief

We need new, flat & minimalistic logo for civil engineering and real estate company. Our focus is on real estate investing and civil engineering consulting work. Our marketing name 'pinve' can be written whole text either upper or lowercase.

I prefer black and white, but it also could have some little tweaks using purple or light yellow (for example #ffd200). Graphic element could be right or left side from text.
