Hey,


We help struggling homeowners avoid foreclosure by using a wide variety of tools. One of these tools is called a "Short Sale"; it allows us to negotiate the homeowners'' loan down to a level that makes it possible to sell the property at a very aggressive price. In fact, many times the selling price is much less than the price of similar properties on the market. We approach investors with these properties and they can turn around a sell them for a large profit.
