Flyer Design Brief

Need a design for a brochure using our logo. This is for a law office but we want a design that is modern not as traditional as typically seen, want to show that we're friendly, approachable and trustworthy.
Want the brochure to be one similar to the one I uploaded utilizing our logo but not being large. I want it to be colorful and exciting but not cartoonish.

I've attached a brochure draft but I need to update it both in the photos and layout as well as the copy - this is from an old brochure
