Flyer Design Brief

I would like a flyer to hand out to participants at the speeches that we give. We are a CPA firm that specializes in entrepreneurs and realtors. We would like a flyer that looks crisp and clean, that integrates our logo and our company colors (shades of blue & gold). We would like the wording to be as laid out in the attached documents, but design is up to you. We would like a picture to go along with each point and are open to ideas. The flyer should be one page, preferably just the front.
