Logo Design Brief

I'm looking for a logo and apparel design for my company named Department3C LLC. The logo will be used for the website and social media. The apparel part is for shirts, hats, hoodies etc to sell on the website. The website has a fire department theme, where we focus on stress relief and hobby development. While the focus of the site's intention is firefighter stress relief and hobby development, it's not limited to just that particular job/profession, but any job. The name Department3C stands for Cool, Calm, Collected. This name is also the parent company name and will present on other ventures related to stress management. I have a logo that I already use but I'd like something new and fresh that has nothing to do with the logo I currently use. I'll show pictures of what I already have but I'd like something different.
