Sorry I only have it in jpg format... my graphic skills are extremely limited haha!  Really you are welcome to copy and change it completely, it doenst have to be exactly like that logo.  Use it as inspiration even!

Thanks for the question! You can just put my name "Matt Ng" and make up the rest for now. The company actually has multiple addresses so trying to keep things simple :).
