Web Design Brief
Need to have a design built for a website using SharePoint 2013. Designer must be familiar with SharePoint. Need to design using Master Page(s), SharePoint Themes and/or Styles. Design must fully work on the SharePoint Platform. The new site is to replace http://www.fisconsulting.net/
Need to also provide responsive design to allow the different views for mobile devices.
We would like to have the site keep the blue colors to match our logo. you can see the logo on the website. Would like to have the top picture on the home page rotate.
I can provide a test environment for SharePoint to try the design.
