T-shirt Design Brief

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy est in 2003. Looking for front and maybe back design using one or both logos of our school. Eye catching. Something more than just "the logo". Would like to have a modern feel, bold and powerful. Not small and perhaps using a modern quote "if it does not challenge you, it does not change you." or some other quote.
The front could read also "Fierce Studio" with words Brazilian Jiu Jtsu, Japanese Jujutsu and Modern Combatives" . Military feel
