Logo Design Brief

This is a new business idea I am looking at to provide project management services to people wanting help with their renovation project or a repair. It will be a serive aimed at those who are just too busy to do it themselves or have no idea where to start or how to do it.
I need a logo for the business containing the name of the business and maybe a tagline. It needs to reflect the type of service being provided but not limit the service as I would envisage the business will grow and expand over time

Note: I have added a ? in supporting images not because that's what I want but because I cant finish without adding a file!

Requirements

Must have

• the text "Room by Room"
• In terms of design it should be a bit 'funky' more than corporate and bright colours like vivid pink or green.

Nice to have

• I quite like the idea of a tag line containing the text: Renovate Revive Repair
• I'm very much open to ideas. I'm not sure how to describe the 'right' logo for my business, but I will know when I see it.

Should not have

• Not cartoon style
• Not too busy
