Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a team within organization that facilitates the engagement of employees with other employees, other organizations, and leaders. We organize engagement through off-site fun events, guest speakers, career empowerment, volunteering events, and voice of the organization. We would like to see logos that are easily recognizable and communicate our goal to facilitate engagement. We would like to see indigo used in the design. We would like to incorporate GSM EET or just EET in the design.
