Web Design Brief

I have a client who requires a new web site design.
They are K Transport in the UK.
They have a current site which needs updating with a fresh look and feel using modern design ideas.
Their current site is ktransport.co.uk
I will use your design to build a new CMS site for them using Django.

I only require the layered PSD files, main page design plus a sub page showing navigation changes and layout changes between pages.

The site needs to have the same sections as the current site plus:
1) Proof of delivery downloads system (customer logs in to access their delivery documents).
2) CMS system will allow them to add pages so the menu system needs to be designed such that it can expand.
3) A contact page with a contact form and a Google map will be used.
4) No flash.
5) Slideshow banners (using JQuery will be used).

I am looking for a designer to work with me designing other web design projects as well so this project will be used as a test bed for us working together.

The budget for our client designs is between £120 and £200 depending on functionality requirements. This site has a budget of £150.
