Logo Design Brief

We are a new residential construction management company building high end spec homes called "Coastal Associates, LLC". We are based in Massachusetts, currently on the North Shore, primarily in high end towns, but want the logo to allow for geographic expansion. We would also like our image to allow for expansion into larger commercial construction jobs as the company grows. We are not a retail company working with the buyers or end users - we intend to develop land, build quality houses (and commercial buildings some day) and let other professionals market and sell our product - therefore we consider ourselves to be a business to business construction management company. We are looking for a simple, bold, clean logo. Colors could include blue, white, green, red....it wouldn't hurt to try and encompass the "green building" element - we build energy star qualified homes and since we are currently along East Coast towns North of Boston, that is why we named ourselves Coastal Associates. The end product should communicate quality construction, and appeal to a corporate crowd.
