T-shirt Design Brief

I would like to have an American Flag that morphs into a Italian Flag. See image attached. Similar in style to the American flag design you alraedy provided for us. Only more stripes than 3.... probably 7. It cannot be identical to design shown .... Perhaps it is a horizontal flag and the tips of the ends of each stripe turn red white green at the end?
