Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for my landscape construction company based in Australia called 'Ashley James Gardens'. We specialize in the design and construction of natural / native gardens and I would like a logo we can use on our business cards lawn signs and work uniforms
The design should be creative, unique, clean, modern, masculine and most importantly eye catching. We would love to see the use of green in the design but not the whole design. No palm trees please. Happy to have leaves within the logo however please don't turn the letters of the company into leaves. It has to be creative and not just the usual leaf design. The design should look amazing on both black and white backgrounds.
