The Piano Room is a small home piano teaching studio run from my home in the countryside in a village called Glenavy in Northern Ireland. I teach piano lessons and music theory mainly to ages 6-18. I take a fun approach especially with young children and want children to enjoy learning piano, but also encourage pupils to take their learning seriously as they get older.
The logo will be for use on Facebook, business cards and possibly a website and more.
Target market is parents of children, but also should be visually attractive to the children (ages 6-18) taking piano lessons too.
I would like it to include some colour so that it looks playful and fun, but want it to remain elegant and not look cheap or in bad taste. The words "The Piano Room" could be in larger or upper case writing with the word "Glenavy" (the village I'm located in) in smaller lettering.
It could potentially include a piano or part of a piano or possibly music notation or an illustration of a young child at the piano, but I am open to creative suggestions. My key thoughts are that it should be appealing to parents who want their children to enjoy piano lessons, and it should be a design that will remain relevant over the years to come.
