Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company called Rescued Life. Our purpose is two fold: 1- to provide gear (clothing, bags, other items) that people can wear to show their support for rescued animals. 2- to raise money to fund rescue efforts of animals. We want a logo that has the words Rescued Life and then can have an additional piece of art added that can be changed to reach different markets. For example a paw print, a dog catching a frisbee, a leash, a cat napping, a bird... We want the logo to be monochromatic so we can print it in any color and it would also look good in black and white.
Please see attached doc for more information. The attached pdf called Salt Life is an example of what we are looking for..... one basic logo/special font for the words Rescued Life just like the words Salt Life in the example. Then we can change the design by adding other art like salt life did by adding fish, crabs, fishing rods.... This is the idea we are looking for.

Requirements

Must have

• The words in the logo must be able to be printed in one color and look great. We want to be able to print in any variety of colors but only one color at a time.

Nice to have

• Showing the logo with a couple of different varieties of additional art to make the logo specific to a species.... Example: a paw print, dog catching a frisbee, a dog leash, a cat napping, a cat scratching on a scratching post....

Should not have

• multiple colors in the logo necessary to look good
